Example Lesson Plan

Below is an example of an African Drumming lesson plan. Each lesson plan is developed for your students, dynamic in nature, and is adjusted to fit you student’s learning styles, grades, and abilities. There are hundreds of West African Traditional Djembe Drumming rhythms and we teach them using engaging activities that will liven your class and encourages group connection through music. We integrate California Arts Standards in our instruction.
